Dear CWHS Students and Families,

I’m excited and honored to begin this school year as the new principal of Canal Winchester High School. After three years as assistant principal, I’ve come to deeply value the heart and spirit of this community and I’m committed to building on that.

My belief is simple: students come first. This year, we’ll focus on committing to clear expectations and accountability, connecting through relationships and culture, and conquering challenges by being proactive and data-driven in our support.

My goal is for every student to feel seen, supported, and proud to be part of this school. That means strong academics, meaningful opportunities to lead and participate, and a true sense of belonging. Students, I expect you to show up, stay focused, and give your best, but also to enjoy high school, explore new interests, and have fun along the way.

Families, we need your partnership. Stay connected, communicate with us, and be part of your student’s experience however you can. Our team is here to support and when we all work together, great things happen for our kids.
